Michael Shpack is a Long Island, New York native, growing up in Plainview, Long Island. Michael now resides in Delray Beach, Fl.

Michael attended The School of Visual Arts and has received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the New York Institute of Technology. Michael also attended Long Island University to do graduate work in Art Education.

After teaching and spending a long time in the retail jewelry business, Michael has picked up his brushes again and is creating stunning images of portraiture and floral designs which are signature Michael Shpack.

As Michael say's, "I paint with acrylics and my palette consists all of the bright colors that catch my eye as well as using iridescent, pearlescent, and metallic's to create these images from my minds eye".

This mix of media brings Michael's bigger than life images (originals are usually 40" x 40") an ever changing look and feel.
